Could anyone tell me if this is a rooster it is 16weeks old..
Is this a rooster help any one .

It's a pullet (sex link) and she will be laying within the next couple of weeks. She's just maturing earlier than her flockmate.
Her combs and wattles are getting red, which is a sign that she will begin laying soon.
Definitely a Red Sex Link hen. You can see the difference in coloration between the Red Sex Link hen and rooster by clicking on http://www.freyshatchery.com/images/red sex-link.jpg
