I have a question for all you smart chicken lovers what two
breeds do you cross to get a Golden Comet, and about how
many eggs a year do they lay? thanks for all your help:)
 
i have them, love them as they are very sweet, cuddly and mellow with me. They lay on the average 6 out of 7 days per week in thier boxes.
they are by far the best starter chickens in my opnion - some cross with RIR & WR or RIR & LH maybe?
