Been trying here to help a new member with an emergency..they only have five posts so far..they cannot upload a photograph of their sick duck...it would be helpful to see the image in order to help...how many posts before they can upload? Seems unfair that a genuine emergency is being restricted by the number of posts...can this be discussed and revised? Thanks!
 
Well...thecluckenfarm has now gone offline....I am upset that they felt that we BYC were not able to offer more to help them...could the powers that be look into a revision of the number of posts before we are able to show images in an emergency situation...thanks.
 
Suzie, they can upload a pic immediately at joining. Many of these new members are on mobiles and have trouble loading pics and navigating BYC with certain phones or devices. There are some BYC apps here that need to be downloaded to get the most out of BYC. :)

Thanks for pointing that out. I know that I linked a new member's photo (from their album) into my post on reply (in EDC forum) some time ago (just couldn't remember if it was the previous BYC platform or this one).

In future I will know...must admit I don't download directly from my mobile...I download onto my PC and then attach pics.

I'm a techno...fool!!!!
