Big chickens becoming aggressive?

This year we purchased some day old light sussex chickens and put them under one of our silkies, Penny. Now, we have had small scuffles between the light sussex chooks before - nothing new - but now, at 26 weeks, give or take a bit, I've been told by the family that these two light sussex hens have been attacking the smaller silky - from what I've been told they have been sitting on her, as she is broody ATM, and pecking at her. When she is out they have been known to chase her. At first I was told it was just one but now, it seems both. However, whenever I go out I'm seeing nothing alarming, no attacking, nothing. I thought that this aggression might be attributed to these chooks, as they are finally fully grown and the largest of our chooks, trying to establish dominence in the pecking order - but since they seem, as I am told, to be fussing over the smallest silky Penny.

Is this something more? Should I separate? Remove?

Silkies are very docile and are easily bullied by other chickens, they are big birds and will crush and injure her if they sit on her. I would remove them before they injure her and draw blood, once bloods drawn its all over in a slow painful death if you don't intervein early in the pecking ( about 5 mins in, at 10 mins it can be to late) . If she is broody then she will be fine on her own in a safe place, once she stops being broody then you might want to think about what your going to do. you can move her back and it will likely continue. Or you can re home her or them. Or you could get a second ( assuming you have one pen) pen for the silkie and get her a small bantam friend/silkie/ faverolles ( faverolles are very docile and get on well with silkies) . the last one would mean running 2 different pens/ flocks which can be slightly more time consuming but rewarding.
