,
Depending on the breed you bought, probably between 24 and 30 weeks old.

Hi there, and welcome to BYC.
I purchased some chicks from Tractor Supply this spring also. I bought mine on March 28th, and they were all no more than a week old. I estimate that they will be 18 weeks old this Friday, July 25th. My 3 Golden Comet pullets started laying promptly at 16 weeks. The others, Silver Laced Wyandottes, have not yet begun laying. Because you stated that you purchased "all pullets," I am wondering if you bought a type of Sex-link (which is a cross of two breeds). Sex-links, as their name implies, are chickens whose feather color depends on whether they are male or female. For instance, my Golden Comet hens are reddish-brown. Their brothers would be white. This makes the males and females very easy to tell apart at hatching. Is this the type of bird you have? If so, you will probably see some eggs between 16 and 22 weeks, as the Sex-links are bred to lay at a slightly earlier age.
Hope this helps,
AutumnThyme

Care to share some pictures of your flock?! We'd love to see them! Hens can start laying around 20 weeks but often will hold off for another month, just to keep you guessing! :)
