Cedar Creek Hatchery Warning pheasants

I have never ordered from them, but I've seen several times people posting horrible experiences with them here. I would try calling them, repeatedly, and tell them you are demanding a refund, and ask them why they never contacted you when they didn't ship the order as promised. Keep calling.

This is why you should always google the name of a company you are going to do business with. A simple google of their name will show several results, many for this site, and negative experiences.
 
Yes I should have googled them. I hate being cheated. Good news is the local feed store got in some pheasants so I have my pen full. Cedar crooks said they would put the money towards my next purchase so I thought about ordering $35 worth of something but everything they sell is more than that. Im sure not giving them another dime.
 
So I filed a complaint against Cedar Creek with Better business bureau for lack of anything better to do. The BBB sent my complaint to Cedar and surprise, BBB emailed me back saying they were unable to get a hold of or a response from them. Yea join the club. Then to my surprise cedar finally responded to BBB. Pretty much said that they had slow laying, bad hatch, cold weather and that after only waiting 3 months I was just being impatient. I understand all that and honestly if they would have communicated, explained as problems popped up what was going on, I would have waited forever. But they didnt call, didnt email and when they finally responded to my refund request just said ok sorry. Again give me my full refund Ill forgive the long wait and no pheasants in my pens but to not deliver and then keep some of my money.........bad business. Sorry for rambling, Just needed to vent.
