I picked one of my chickens out the bush and noticed her head was looking up and tilted to the side. I tjinked I kight have done it when I picked het up and I feel really bad. She is eating but im not sure if she is drinking or not. She is walking fine.

I think that she could have wry neck or crook neck. It is a neurological symptom of some diseases, vitamin deficiencies, and head injury. You can treat her with vitamins in the water, a vitamin drench, or separately give her vitamin B1 (thiamine,) vitamin E, and selenium. Selenium comes in some vitamin/mineral products, but is in eggs, tuna, and chopped Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds. She may need extra care getting enough food and water if her neck stays in spasm. Here is a bit about this, and the first link will give vitamin dosages: http://www.browneggblueegg.com/Article/Crookneck/Crookneck.html
