Duck Questions: White substance coming from bottom

We have two mallard ducks. I noticed this evening that one had separated herself from the others and I also noticed some white substance hanging from her bottom. I tried to catch her but was unable to and the white substance detached from her. This is what it looked like....What is it? She seems to be walking a bit slow.
 
What kind of feed is she on?
Any other symptoms?
Has she been laying recently?
 
Not sure if she is laying, I have been getting a light green eggs daily, thinking those are from the ducks but not sure if it is her or the other mallard we have. No she has not been wormed. She seems to be doing well now, no more of the white stuff that I have seen and she is back with her ducks! :)
