Definitely rooster but a Delaware shouldn't have black sickle feathers. They should be barred. There is some barring so I'll say yes to both but just not the best example.

X2. Could be a hatchery Delaware, or red sex link rooster.
The breed is what standard it adheres to. If it doesn't adhere to any it's a mix or mutt depending which term you want to use. You've got a mixed breed there.

Looks like a hatchery quality Delaware or Delaware mix. Definitely a rooster.
Not a Delaware, just a barnyard mix. If you mix a barred bird with a Colombian colored bird, it's easy enough to eventually wind up with coloring like this.

In the past I have had roosters come out looking the same, at the time we had a barred rock rooster and white rock and white leghorn hens.. Likely a mix with some type of barred rock in the lineage is my guess
