Wandering Chickens

Update. I kept them inside their own coop for about a week and they remembered which home was theirs. I built a new bigger better coop but they don't set foot inside of it so that wasn't the problem. They started to wander again a few days ago so I locked them in again this week. I think i may have a bully who pushes the other two chickens out. I've seen her chase one out of the coop but some forced sisterly love seems to work.

Try locking them in the bigger better coop, it may help alleviate the bullying. And as other poster said, there is strength in numbers. Your chickens will continue to be attracted to the other flock until you fence them in.
