Chicken has runny diarrhea but acting perfect fine!

1) What type of bird, age and weight: chicken, not sure of her breed, teenagerish age, VERY light and thin - she was given to me.
2) What is the behavior, exactly: acting normal
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms: diarrhea for a few days
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms: only one chicken
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma: no
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation: nothing
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all: yes, eating and drinking
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? rusty brown and very runny - I'll go take a picture
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far: Wormed with Wazine17 3-4 days ago.
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? I want her well!
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help. I'll take a picture and attach it in the comments from my phone.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use: Bedding in the quarantine coop is hay (bahia, bahaya, not sure how to spell it) over dirt/clay floor with lime sprinkled over the dirt.

We call this " loose stoll".

Sometimes it means nothing.It sounds like her stomach is reacting to the wormer,or she is dehydrated.You could also be dealing with cocci.But I highly doubt it.

My experience with loose stool:My hen Banshee was going threw this.She ate,but was EXTREMELY low on water.I brung her in,sat her on my desk,and gave her water.Did she drink every last drop?,yes!A day after that,she had nice round sized poop,and,whenever I bring her in,I can clean it easily.

Hope things change!
