I put a new fountain/ filter in my mandarin ducks pond . They loved the water . I drain and clean it at least once a week and thought the new all in one I put in there would keep it fresher daily for them. They got out when I put it in and wouldn't go back in . So the next day I took it back out . It has been two days and they are still extremely hesitant to get back In. They used to be in there all the time . Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I am concerned about their happiness cause I know how important water is for them
