So, Ive looked around, a lot. And i know that you should wait about 8 week but I'd really like to have an idea of what gender my duckling might be.

This is my first duckling and I picked 'Puddles' up from a big farm with lots of ducks on it. There was a lot of 10 day old ducklings and I picked the smallest duckling, I was wandering if that will have anything to do with gender? Will Puddles be a girl cause he/she is so small?

I know these aren't the best of photos, but I'd like to have a rough idea of what gender Puddles might be.

I don't know about gender, but you should go get one more. I always buy in twos if not threes. Ducks are social and need a friend ;) Cute baebay though!

Yeah I know that there need to be more than 1 duckling, but I can't, so what I've done is put a mirror in Puddles cage and a duck teddy, and he's been a lot happier and cuddles up to the toy, also he watches himself in the mirror.

I guess that might work, I never have had only one duck so I just don't know. I wish you and puddles the best of luck though!

Thanks
