We had our petiton to change the laws shot down with no reason even with a petition of names they where like its gonna attract rats! Norht Providence already has rats!! They are like if it was a more rural area we may think ablut it ? Hell the Capital City of Providence is right next to North providence and it is alot more populated and they allow chickens. And the one i like the best well 4 out the 5 guys i talked to at my gym didnt like the idea so I changed my mind and voted against it WTH! Let the people have there chickens!!

I'm sorry! I live in Foster/Glocester so we can have all the animals we want. My sister in Cranston can't have any either. I was going to give her a few I have incubating.

The rat theory makes no sense to me, how silly! Cities are strange, come move to the woods!

Yeah !! I know, was looking out there for a place but found this place in N. Prov. Just sad they have no good reason not to pass it.
