duck avairy plans,breeds... etc need help!

soooo,i have completely fallen in love with ornamentals/wildfowl! the problem is that i will probably will be moving house in a year-2 years so i don't want to build an aviary because i will have to take it all down again when we move so i have to wait like 2 years!!! my patience is aweful.

anyway i have already planned it and i will se what your guys think.

so it will be about 16x60 and i was wondering how many birds i will be able to fit in there comfortably. i am looking at mandarins,wood ducks,teals,widgens and whistling ducks.

i would like to be able to sell some of the offspring. presumably that mean i need 2 pairs of each variety so i can sell unrelated pairs (male from one pairs clutch and female from the others.)

what do you think of this plan? i am aware i may not be able have all these breeds but yeh.... your verdict will decide!

I saw you want to raise a lot of real. If you plan on raising hottentot teal be careful they are really small and can get out of a lot of stuff lol

first thing, if you want to keep waterfowl and breed scusesfully with them on the most important things is that you need to build a collection of birds that life together with out to much agresion. to this you can partly plan this in theory but you only get a good duck collection together by try and error, is some books a pair of ducks is describe as calm and not agresive but yet some of them could be agreseive,i would say you can fit 10-11 pairs maximum this is 20 or 22 birds, but i dont know your pond size if you build 1 small 4x4 foot pond you can only keep maybe 5 pairs, so it depends of pond size or multiple small ponds,also plants etc, it isent just buy asmany ducks as you can and put it in your aivery!! this can work but they will never lay because they wont feel good and calm, am i right bleu creek ?
i am an europien breeder i have already raised 80 ducklings from 10 pair of ducks in cluding 15 hooded merganses etc

Thank yiu for your very informative answer, my plan is to gradually build it up to a maximum of 8 pairs. Probably fulvous whistling duck,ringed teal,chiloe widgoen a couple of pairs of different teal(which do you recommend?) and everyone says I need to get a pair of mandarins but I don't know....
