My views are not based on documentaries but on real life. Still, I acknowledge some are better/worse than others.

One of the 'happenings' in the horse world that really upsets me is the Chincoteage pony swim every year. One of my relatives attended the celebration. She said some of the handling of the ponies just made her sick to her stomach.

Howdy, thought I'd post a current pic of the Appy that I rescued last year. He's currently in training, doing well and while he still needs work on respecting his people's personal space and not running over them he is a sweetheart!!! I'm posting before and after pics both.

Prairie Fleur Farm, BLR Wyandottes, BCM, Blue Partridge Silkies, Wheaten/Blue Wheaten & self blue Paul Smith Ameraucanas, SS, peafowl, Nigerian dwarf goats, 2 dogs & Great Pyrenees LGDs. Araucanas, Blue/Gold Partridge Brahmas, coming soon, hopefully. One Appy gelding, 2 colts all rescues.
