The blood in the lump makes me worry that it could potentially be mastitis. But it might not be, too. Is her udder feel warm (warmer than normal body temperature)? Does it feel different? Is it reddened? Any flaky or stringy milk? Any visible blood in the milk?
The best way to truly rule out mastitis would be a mastitis test. If you could get your hands on one, then you'd know for sure. But there is also a different way to test the milk without any fancy test kid. I've never tried it, but apparently it works, as long as it isn't milk that contains colostrum still.
