I want to get more but my mom won't let me because she ways there is not room for more right now I have 9 pullets and 1 rooster
How many chickens can fit in a 35x10 run

Well, the rule of thumb is 10 sq ft per chicken. So id say 35 in a 35x10. 20-25 would be very comfortable i would imagine
Why do you want more chickens?
I would think that you are good with the mix you have for a while. I know mine are happier with more room and less chickens.
The rule of thumb is a guideline but not an absolute. Some chickens NEED more space between them and the others.
Maybe in the spring if you have a broody hen she could hatch some out if you still want more.
