can someone look at this red in the front and tell if it is male or female? Thought it was a "she" but when it started trying to dominate and mate my for sure hens. . . .
Very mean this evening too. Am i being overprotective of my girls or should i separate this monster from the flock too?
 
Crap . . .that is 4 roos . . .good thing i picked my own from the second group. My 2 blue asians are the favorites . Beautiful birds I was reading up on them last night . They are good layers and meat chickens.
 

this guy came out of the same brooder when i got the other . . .that's why i am confused! I has ALL characteristics of a roo. The long tail feather too.
