Do you wash the eggs that you sell? At what point? How do you store the eggs between collection time and sale time? How long is that time period usually?
Did I ask enough questions? haha...
@hlhutchinson and I are discussing this. When you have mud, poop, other stuff, on your egg, and you just HAVE TO wash it, what do you do? Cold water? Warm water? Room temp?!?
