I think I got it. So in simple terms, a little less than 1/8 in my measurer for each cup? So 2 1/8 (but a bit less) in the 2 cups

In case of misunderstandings, I meant two 1/8 teaspoons

1/4 teaspoon = 1.23223 ml
1/3 teaspoon = 1.64297 ml
1/2 teaspoon = 2.46446 ml

800 mg dose is 15/128 = 0.1171875 ml per ounce
400 mg dose is 7.5/128 = 0.05859375 ml per ounce
