I would think so. They have been getting into exotics. They have crested porcupine, fisher cat, wallaby, swan, peacocks, mandarin and wood ducks and a bunch more stuff. She specifically mentioned last night that the first thing she did was check her pens (I have not seen her setup so I don't know what it looks like) to make sure all were accounted for. They have 7 of them. And she also mentioned about how her females were in heat at the moment.

I would be over there looking at everything lol. I love animals.

I thought bobcat breeding season would be over by may. It's March around here

Well, technically they have 2 more days lol. Seriously tho, I don't know anything about bobcat breeding season. We've never heard such a sound here before. This is all new for us. All I knew to watch out for around here was the occasional fox, skunk, raccoon and o'possum. Oh and of course snakes. On land that goes father back and has surrounding woods you might find coyote. I won't say it can't happen where I am because I am sure it can, but I have never had to deal with coyote at my place and I have lived here for 21 yrs. It was just crazy.

How is your grandma? Is she ok?

I am heading to my parents to see how she is. She was taking a medication then they told her to stop because it was damaging her liver. They then hospitalized her because she was dehydrated and not feeling well... well the week she was there she’s declined so much she can’t talk or get up. That’s not my grandma! The place where she lives has PCP drs in the hospital so no specialists. So of course they wanted to just give up. My mom fought with them and an hour later she was transferred to another hospital 4 hours from her house. I slept poorly because every moment awake I think about her. No one can visit her because of Covid.

I lost my other grandma to almost the same situation of a hospital loaded with all PCP drs. She had a stroke, heart attack, and had stomach cancer that they never noticed. It was found during the autopsy. The heart attack and stroke were because they said she didn’t need a medication she had been taking for years.

Now you know why I moved 500 miles to get the dr I have now... if I stayed I wouldn’t be alive!

It was a very good thing you did. Good on your mom! Dr's pissed me off some times. I understand they get tired and this is a crazy time we live in right now but you took an oath to do no harm, not give up because you don't feel like trying to figure it out. I'll be keeping your grandma in my prayers. I hope she gets the help she needs at the new hospital.

@CrazyCrttr75 thanks for asking... means a lot. She’s my last grandparent. Her husband died when I was in 5th grade and that was rough. He raised ostriches and I had the best time with him.
