My Marans are from the Wade Jeane line. I have been raising FBCM for 5 years now. These are well tempered birds. I have a flock of 10, 2 roos. Excellent fertility. Nice large eggs. Dark egg color however, color varies throughout the season and according to the birds age so you may get some eggs slightly lighter then others.
