12 week EE Pullet or Cockerel? Any ideas on breed mix?

What do you guys think? Pullet or cockerel? Also and ideas on the cross breed?will be 12 weeks in a day or two

I think that’s a cockerel, but I could be wrong. I feel like EEs are harder to sex at a younger age than many other breeds sometimes. I’m sorry, but I do not have any ideas on the breed mixes.

Yeah. I’m no expert but these tail feathers look questionable to me. Is that an indicator at this age?

It depends… I’ve never had an EE rooster so I’m not really sure. It varies with individual birds as well. It’s not impossible to sex at this age; he seems old enough. However, I think that it’s just less obvious and the signs aren’t as apparent as they might be in some other breeds at this age.

By the way, I think that you could include ameraucana in the breed mix, because he’s got a thicker neck and muffs, as well as a pea comb.

I’m not sure. They could be. It does look like a boy to me
