15 week old Starlight EE

I have a starlight green egger that just started laying just shy of 15 weeks old! Is that normal?? She is obviously laying small eggs but this is her second one this week! Sad they are brown I already have mostly brown layers but she is a beautiful bird!

Not all do I have 6 in totally all have different characteristics. Unfortunately because they are a cross breed there really is not breed specifics they come in all shapes and sizes

Wow, that is pretty early! Mabye she has some Leghorn in her? Leghorn can start laying at 16 weeks old.

Not all have puffy cheeks. Easter Eggers are a cross of Americaunas with any other breed.

Right! The funny part is I have a white leghorn 22 weeks still not laying lol!

That is pretty late! I’ve never had one that old that hasn’t started laying yet!
