Sorry about my first post being a desperation plea for help. I just purchased a used 1588 Genesis Hova Bator. When I originally picked it up I didn't notice it was missing the power supply. I just picked up a power supply that the seller "believes" is the correct supply. It was used once about 4-5 years ago and then stored. I want to confirm this supply she gave me is correct. Here's my question, or plea. Can someone that has a 1588 please look at the Input and Output specifications on your power supply/transformer and let me know what it reads. A picture of the transformer and the end that connects to the incubator would be great. I've called GQF and they weren't very helpful. I just don't want to fry my incubator!
Here's what mine says:
INPUT AC~120V 60Hz 43.0W
OUTPUTC 12V 2500mA
It's rather large. GQF did mention the older models were bulky.
5 inches long 3.5 inches wide, 3 inches tall.
Thank you in advance,
Ryan
