16 week old Buff Orpington development

Hey all
I have 4, 16 week old Buff Orpington hens. One is developed substantially more than the other 3.
You'll see in photo my developed girl Myrtle and another Orpington Cinnamon. They all look like Cinnamon except for Myrtle lol
None are laying yet.
My Jerseys aren't even as developed.
Could Myrtle be a Mister??

Still no eggs yet. They are now 20 weeks

Never had orpingtons myself but as with many breeds most start laying 18 weeks up thru 26 weeks on average. They can start reddening up in combs and wattles then still take weeks to start. The waiting is always the hardest part! It could be tomorrow or a few weeks. Hang in there!

Mine hatched May 2....we have 4 BO and 4 JG. They are super friendly!
