16 week old Buff Orpington development

Hey all
I have 4, 16 week old Buff Orpington hens. One is developed substantially more than the other 3.
You'll see in photo my developed girl Myrtle and another Orpington Cinnamon. They all look like Cinnamon except for Myrtle lol
None are laying yet.
My Jerseys aren't even as developed.
Could Myrtle be a Mister??

How long after this did she lay?
 
I've got a (mostly!) Buff orpington Pullet who is now 23 (approx) weeks old, she is called Pumpkin! (she has also got a buff cross brother called chickpea!)
Hoping for eggs from her soon! when did yours hatch?
Mine hatched on the 25th March! 6 months old next monday!!!

Mine hatched May 2....we have 4 BO and 4 JG. They are super friendly!
