well If I'm helping to run it it should be a year.

last year we stopped too soon (people still wanted to enter) and voted too late and I want things better this time.

It may need to be fixed 2013... but we will see.

it's not too late to enter is it? And if not what does a peacekeeper do? I may be able to help that way since I am not the best artist(I am good just not great) but if I can not be a peacekeeper(or if it needs someone who is on more often than I am) I would be quite delighted to join a team if that is possible.

May I join please? But I do have a question. I'm wondering about how you would enter your pictures. I don't have a scanner, so would taking a picture of it be ok? Or would I need to find someone with a scanner to enter a picture?

Sorry for the confusion, I do want to be of help but I don't have a scanner that's why I was wondering what it is a peacekeeper does. I don't want to sign myself up to be one without knowing what I will be doing.
