I have easily made chicken playgrounds with cinderblocks, long branches, plywood, rope and cabbage. Bugs and lizards are also fun. Mine also love to chase flying insects, especially butterflies, etc. I don't have anything you can purchase off the top of my head, except the lot next door for them to run and play in. Then I would also need wood to fence it in.
