30hr old chick alive but not moving around yet...

My chick hatched yesterday, day 21, from incubator. I noticed right away that it seemed to have an enlarged head/neck. It is still alive, but hasn't gotten up on it's feet to move around...it just flops from place to place and seems to sleep continuously. Could it have fluid on it's brain? I have been giving it water (mixed with save-a-chick) with a bulb syringe and have tried to give it chick starter ground up very fine.....I don't know what's wrong or what else to do but pray

It is a sad thing when they dont thrive after hatching. Odds are it will not survive. I have one out of my hatch that was a wet chick. It is very small and not eating... So will most likely loose it in a couple days.

one of my friends has had a few chick with that problem and they didnt last long.sorry i hope that i am wrong!!
