4 day old silkie chick wont eat

Chick wont eat, Ive tried to put a drop of water on tip of beak, made food a mash and tried to get some in mouth not much luck, its moving and chirping just not eating anything I can try

I discovered that my bantams couldn’t swallow regular chick starter crumble, and switched to a more “powdered” starter. Also could be failure to thrive syndrome. I had to put a drop on the back between the wings something called Rescue Remedy (Amazon). Then I started fermenting the new feed and every chick went wild over that.
