4 week old chick acting weird....

I have an Easter Egger right around 4 weeks. Its a super sunny day so we let them in the back yard to run around. All she is doing is laying on one side with her tail up looking like she is about to poop. I am new to chicks so I dont know if this is normal. Just wondering what everyone thought....
