Does anyone know of any 8x8 coop plans? Preferably free.

No, but you might try your local library. All you really need is plans for a shed. Your librarian should be able to help you find some in your price range.

In the book Building Chicken Coops for Dummies there is a very detailed plan for an 8x8 coop.
