9 month old Narragansett Turkey has diarrhea and black sores-PLEASE ADVISE

In the last two days he has developed black sores over his neck/ face. I thought they may be pox, but I have noticed he also has diarrhea and is not quite himself. He is still eating and drinking, but he only wants to be around us. (He doesn't want to be outside or around my female turkey). A vet is not an option for us. I do have chickens, but they were separated ( up until they started escaping the coop). I'm not sure if this is related? I adore my turkeys, they bring so much joy! What can I do? Attached are pictures to help. I have seen yellow slimy feces as well, I will try to get pictures of that. He's the only one out of 3 who has the sores, is it possible those are unrelated and is caused by the female poking at him as they do fight.

I see lots of urates, which makes me think he's dehydrated. Do you know how to tube feed?
