Just candled my 12 eggs. 3 were quitters
but they were all collected on the same day so I'm thinking they got too cold out in the barn and couldn't make it through the 21-day haul.. that's not what's really concerning me though..

Which I'm assuming is normal for a 12 day "dry hatch"
I don't exactly recall how big the air cells were on my last hatch, which wasn't "dry".
I think I already know my answer, but I wanted confirmation from everyone: My little abnormal-air-cell-chick isn't going to make it, is he?
