Abscess??

Hi all, does anyone know what this is near my hen’s left eye? It looks like an abscess but I’m not sure of the cause or treatment. I’ve noticed her eye was redder over the past week and then today the bump was pretty pronounced so it has taken some time to appear. Pictures of left and right eyes for comparison. Any help is appreciated, thank you!!

Is is soft or firm? It is in an area where sinus infection can cause swelling, but sometimes a peck wound or less like, a tumor or cyst might occur. Has there been any sneeze, cough, gasping, or watery eye?

I haven’t tried to touch it. I will do that tomorrow and report back. No sneezing or anything that sounds respiratory. It’s odd because I noticed she was much more cautious coming out of the run over the past week so it must be impacting her vision.
