"Too bad I really don't know much about driving." Jolee thought to herself. Her plan was as carefully as she could crash it and run hoping that they wouldn't have any vehicles.

 

[NickyKnack]

One thing was for certain, adults made driving look so easy. Just keep it between the lines, she told herself. She had to find her brother and Aria. Joleen didn't know what road to take to get back to town, or what road she was on currently. She was constantly looking in the rear view mirror, to see if they were catching up with her. But so far, she hadn't seen any cars or trucks. She thought she saw movement out of the corner of her eye. She debated on if she should slow down or stop. Because if it was Ming and Aria, they would hide from the the black SUV. She checked behind her, nothing. So she slowed down, then rolled the window down and called their names. She tried to keep as quiet as possible. Foot hovering over the gas, if it wasn't them.

"Ming? Aria? Where are you?" She shouted several geese honked and scattered into the sky.

As she turned around she seen headlights from a distance.

Joleen started driving again, seeing the headlights. She was disappointed that it wasn't Aria and her brother. She just hoped that they had got away safely. She really had to get home to warn her father about Victor too. She wasn't sure just what Victor was capable of in order to get what he wanted. But she had a feeling it wasn't good.

Joleen could see her dad as she pulled up he looked worried. She ran to him and asked what was worrying him.

 

[Twistedfeather]

"Nothing much sweetie. Where'd you learn to drive?" He turned to see the car crashed into the pole.

 

[NickyKnack]

"Oops! I guess I forgot to put it in park?" Joleen stated sadly. Then asked, "Have you seen Ming? Is he home yet?" It had taken hours to find her way back home. She was hoping that they had beat her back.

 

[Twistedfeather]

"N-no they're not here?" Joleen asked nervously. "What do you mean they're not here." Her father asked.

 

[NickyKnack]

Joleen thought a moment then said, "He was with Aria, I just assumed that maybe the beat me back." Now Joleen was terrified for her brother. The of scenario of, did Victor find them or were they hiding out somewhere, played through her mind.
