Advice please!! Hen losing neck feathers slowly over months

Hello does anyone know what’s going on? I have a silkie who has been slowly losing all her neck feathers over winter. I haven’t seen any bugs on her and I did treat her with DE. In a flock of 9 it’s only her. I would think over this amount of time if it was mites then more would have them. Please give me any ideas!! Thank you !

Well the only ideas I could think of would be feather mites or pecking from the other chickens.
