Oh I keep the 12 ga. and the .22 handy. Plus the killer dogs are usally running around. I can't believe that the Coyote was so brazen in the middle of the morning!

Kid is recovering well. She barely limps and is back to sassing me when ever she can.

Great story! I think as long as they aren't in a pack or have rabies, they are generally fearful of humans and will take off pretty quickly.

Chances are it's going to come back though.
