air cell on side of egg, day 21, pic, what will happen?

I have been using broody hens extensively this spring, and I didn't candle this set of eggs until last night. They are due to hatch today. The chick is alive in there and wiggling around. What do you think will happen? Does it have a chance?

Yeah, should be fine actually. I've had them in wrong places all the time... well wrong to what we are told is suppose to happen.. But think about it, does a chicken let her eggs rest pointy side down? The air cell probably forms on the side for a broody hen as well. Just saying

It pipped and came out the opposite side of the air cell.
It was perfectly healthy. I helped it pop the shell off (trust me he was beyond ready to hatch).
