I just got air plants for the first time, but i have a few questions that I haven't been able to clear up by researching them on the web. Here they are:
we have softened water in some sinks and hard water in others. I've heard you shouldn't use hard water, but then I've also heard that it's okay to use. Same problem with the soft water. What would you recommend?
can you put all types of tillandsia air plants in a wire mount, or are there only certain kinds that do well like that? I've heard both sides.
if I want to keep them in shells or in wood, do I have to glue them if I put then in shells that they rest nicely in, or wood that has holes that they fit in, or should I glue them anyway?
if I do have to glue them, can I use shoe goo, or hot glue gun, or neither?
