Albon Oral Suspension 5% chick dosage

I suspect one of my 3 week old chicks to have coccidiosis, or an injury. I will run a fecal float in a bit. But just in case it has coccidiosis, I want to have the dosage for Albon ready. I also have corid powder 20%, but I would rather treat only this one chick instead of everyone. I cannot find the dosage for it anywhere online.
Any help appreciated! TIA

If one chick in a brooder is exhibiting symptoms of Coccidiosis overload, then I would treat the whole brooder with the Corid.
