American serama thread!

Hi all. I'm in Orlando Florida area and I'm looking for a serama or two. I had a wonderful chick penelope, but she is a roo! :-( I already have a roo and can't keep two. Any help would be appreciated!

Anyone in the Dallas/Ft Worth area working with Serama? I didn't have much luck with my shipped eggs... 1 chick out of 18. Would love to try with some more locally sourced ones. And if anyone has chicks, my lone survivor is going on 3 weeks old and could use a friend (his comb is already reddening, so I'm assuming roo but could be wrong.)

There's a table top competition that happens her in Ft. Worth, so I'm really hopeful at least a few competitors are local
