Giving up on eggs so Hoping to find free hen. dont have the money to excessively spend. prefered laying but its ok if shes not. dont care about color or pose can be pet quality.

Maybe someone will be amazing on here and send me one? Pretty please?

I have free eggs in NY State near Albany. Pick Up only. CA is a way though, sorry.

Has anyone had their Seramas' tails grow in funky? Mine had it's right side grow in first, and then it's left side. Now it's left with an awkward looking tail as it's right side feathers are much longer than it's left side. It's sibling's tail feathers are normal.

I've never seen or read anything like that. Can you post a picture? I do have a 4 1/2 week old that seems to have a really long tail for her age, but its the same on both sides.

Expanding my Serama project. Meet Marvin and Kendall. Hopefully soon I will have some Silkied Frizzles. I also had a wonderful friend gifted me with a pair of 2 month old silkied seramas. I am so excited.

Here's a picture of her about a week ago. She's made a lot of progress since then, but she only started with 1 or two feathers on one side. Her younger sister (the blurry chick next to her, not to be confused with the silkie) has a much fuller tail.
