Any of these look fertile?

Do any of these look fertile?
Pretty sure maybe one is, just want some more opinions.
Pretty sure roosters infertile, been with 4 hens for about a month, havent seen a fertile egg the whole time. He did ok last year, but has had a bit of something, gunky ears and watery eyes. Seems to have come right but no fertile eggs.
Hard to get a good photo with out the reflection.

Yes that one. how old is the rooster? How long ago did he join your flock? How old are the girls? How long ago did the girls start laying?

He's maybe 3, I hatched him from eggs been with the hens since he was probably 4/5 months old. 2 hens are under 1 year maybe around 8 months other 2 are 1 to 2 years old. Hens been laying for maybe 2 months or more pullets started laying around 6 months old.
