Any Poultry Processors in the Central Texas Area???

Any future roosters I end up with will be going here. I just drove two to Waco over the weekend to my parents' place. That cost me about $40 in gas!

I'm probably going to learn to do turkeys myself. Cobb Creek works out to $13 minimum per turkey so it's hard to see a good profit margin there. Then again Slanker sells heritage turkeys for $12 per pound, and grassfed chicken for $10.50/lb. Perhaps Cobb's chicken costs works out better for folks like yourself.
