anyone here from gansevoort/northumberland/south glens fall?

we are looking to get acreage and are trying to make sure ganesevoort/northumberland is chicken friendly. it's a weird address that comes up as south glens falls too so trying to cover the bases before committing to anything
the town websites (just ordinances for the "village" of glens falls) have no info so hoping someone out there knows!

You might try your state thread and maybe get lucky someone specifically lives in these villages, but like I said on your other thread, you'll probably have to search and make some phone calls as every village/city/town is going to have its own ordinances.

Another good idea is find a realtor that deals with hobby farms/acreage. They don't cost you anything and might be a wealth of knowledge of that area.
