Are blue and lavenders really blue and purple?

One man's grey is another man's blue.
Idk I have some blues and to me they look more blue then grey.
Or maybe because there's also a pattern in some breeds that is called grey.
That pattern is black and white (silver) so its called grey and isn't grey.
And then there is silver that is white.
Barred that is barred and barred that isn't barred but cuckoo.
Its all coo-coo isn't it?
