Thank you everyone. It turned out that the one on the rigth did become a rooster and we still have him. He is not aggressive towards people and pretty friendly when you hold him. The other one was a girl but she died suddenly last year. It was a bummer becuase we really wanted to have hens.

I'm picking up the two lighter Laveners in a few days, passed on the darker one because I thought it looked like a roo. Any thoughts?

Hats to tell,still a little young. However, if I had to guess I'd say they both look like hens. The first one had that tail like a hen. Post more pics later.

The one in front does look more roo-ish and is very dark for a Lavender. Is it a split? How old are they?

The one with the pink band is a little smaller. The lady told me they were about 5 weeks old and the larger one with the purple band must have hatched first. They still look like pullets to me at this point.
