Are they growing at the right rate ??

I have 5 gambles chicks that are just about 3 months. At this age how big should they be? They are already developing adult plumage, like tan belly, and the males are getting black around the eyes and the white stripe over the eyes. I can actually go measure them because I can catch one in this heat. But at 3 months about how big should they be ?

I am sure your birds are right on track with size. Sounds like they are where they are supposed to be if they are, at 3 months, developing adult plumage. Enjoy those Gambles! I just adore their calls and those cute little top knots on their heads.
